NIRAJAN KC / BEHIND THE WORK

Founder’s instinct. Product discipline.

I’m Nirajan KC, a former entrepreneur and now an AI product manager. I’m drawn to the space between what technology makes possible and what people actually need. This is where I document the work, questions, and lessons along the way.

01 / THE JOURNEY

Different hats.
Same curiosity.

Now

AI Product Manager

Building at the intersection of people, products, and artificial intelligence.

Previously

Entrepreneur

A founder’s perspective on identifying problems and turning ideas into products.

02 / PRODUCT FOCUS

The questions behind useful AI.

A product lens on what to build, how it should behave, and whether it makes a meaningful difference.

Find the right problem

Start with the person, the workflow, and the friction. Frame the opportunity before choosing a model or building a feature.

Design the agent experience

Make intent, context, permissions, and recovery part of the product. Help people understand what an agent can do and where they stay in control.

Define what good looks like

Look beyond task completion. Consider answer quality, user effort, trust, and the cost of being wrong.

03 / WORKING APPROACH

From uncertainty to a clear next step.

A way to organize product questions, learn from evidence, and make deliberate decisions.

01

Understand the context

Who is trying to do what? Examine the existing workflow, incentives, constraints, and moments where people need help.

02

Make the idea testable

Define the smallest useful experience. Turn assumptions about value, behavior, and technical feasibility into questions a prototype can answer.

03

Evaluate the whole experience

Test normal paths and failure cases. Ask whether people can understand, steer, verify, and recover from the system’s behavior.

04

Learn, decide, repeat

Use the evidence to decide what to change, expand, or stop. Keep the problem and the user visible as the product evolves.
